Southend Fertility and IVF offers a comprehensive Infertility Management programme under one roof to couples who find problems in having a child. Our first centre was started in 2001 and has performed consistently well since then. We boast of complete transparency in treatment, compassionate staff, lively environment and promising results. Patients who come back to us after failed cycles are a reflection of confidence and satisfaction in our mode of treatment.

Our philosophy is to analyze patient problems and offer the most appropriate therapy – 30 – 40% of the patients therefore do not undergo IVF in our centre. This is contrary to popular belief that patients are always made to undergo IVF in a facility such as ours!

Our centres today are a perfect blend of academics and ethical clinical practice. It has & are popular amongst the medical fraternity for training in infertility management. Our academic achievements have been applauded internationally giving us the honor of being research collaborators with the prestigious Reproductive Research Centre of the Cleveland Clinic, USA since 2008. A veteran obstetrician and gynecologist with specialization in ART & IVF, she has always dreamt of helping people and fulfilling their dream of having their own child. Establishing a centre and a team that focuses more on its core purpose of helping couples conceive than anything else, has not only helped her remain true to her principle values but also bring patient’s trust to the organization. Under her leadership, the centre has not only built a strong, ethical team but she has also helped Southend become one of the leading name in fertility and IVF in India.

Do's

Carry two copies of your I.D., passport and visa documents with you and keep each them in a different bag.
Carry your medical records with you and carry a few copies of them in a different bag.
Keep the respective contact details of your fertility guide during your treatment.
Inquire about expected climate conditions during your treatment period so that you can pack accordingly.
Prepare yourself with additional cash so that you don’t have to be worried about the expenses of any type of additional services or extension in the number of days for your stay. Ask your fertility guide regarding any kind of additional travel or purchases that you have to do in India.
Get in contact with your bank to check if your credit / debit card is activated for international transactions. Carefully understand the bank charges associated with any kind of overseas withdrawals that will also save you from expensive charges.
Try to pay your hospital fees online if possible to avoid carrying large amounts of cash or cards. Bank Account details will be provided upon request by your fertility guide.
Don’t forget to get a travel insurance to avoid any losses while travelling.
Always ask for a detailed discharge report along with a “fit to fly” certificate upon completion of your procedure to avoid any kind of issues in the future.

Don't

Please don’t hand over any of your documents including passports, international ID or travel reports to any of the unknown person during your travel as well as treatment.
Don’t indulge in any activity of trading money with unknown individuals. Your fertility guide will assist you with all the information regarding money exchange in India.
Don’t discuss about any of your medical conditions as well as treatment with unknown individuals during your travel and stay in India.
Don’t go for any tourism activity with unknown individuals. Your fertility guide will tell you about the approved travel agencies that will assist with your travel in India. This is important for the protection of your well-being and your cash.
Consumption of liquor and smoking are strictly prohibited in all the Southend IVF facilities. It is requested to respect this rule so that we can maintain a peaceful as well as a healthy environment for all the patients and their visitors.
